Another from my collection..i have glass oil bottles but i really like this old Lockheed brake fluid bottle because it's printed rather than a sticker or paper label.

Nightmare subject; just bought a litre of brake fluid for £70. Castrol SRF - look it up. It was of course supplied in a plastic container Laughing

Lovely bottle, it's a shame everything is supplied in plastic these days. I have a 'Turtle Wax' bottle with a 'painted' label on it, I guess from the 70's??...
It had always been in my Dads garage, sitting on a shelf until one day, I actually took note that it was slightly different to the usual plastic containers. So I thought I'd wash it and keep it in a safe place so it didn't get thrown out in one of the many 'tidy up the garage' sessions! Smile
......I know....I'm definately a hoarder of other peoples rubbish!! Wink
All the best,
Greg

Hi

We are going to be seeing alot more glass again soon, due to the price of plastics (oil), and the ammount of glass being recycled, so lets hope...

Cheers

Dave
