Just as I thought, these traction engine people are a bit different to us. One hand for steering, one for throttle and one for the brake.


And what is the surly kid up to?

The traction engine man seems to have 3 arms! Wink

Ok on a rally field, but on the road, should you single man it gets a bit more awkward, more sociable to have two too.

Very nice pics!

Can be more sociable for the steersman than the stoker. The stoker has to remain sober but the steersman can get plastered and still remain within the law. Shocked
