1970s SAAB 95 Van.


I spotted this super-rare Saab at the Beaulieu autojumble back in the early 1990s (perhaps 1991 or 1992). Van versions of the 95 estate are really rare and this is the only V4 van I've seen. At about the time of this photo I managed to rescue the sole surviving 2 stroke (bullnose) 95 van. That vehicle went on to be restored in recent years by its new owner. The registration of the 2 stroke is 280 YBH. Is this V4 still around too? back then it was used by Vintage Racing Cars (Northampton) Ltd.
