Many of this type were built in the 1960s - the registration on this one suggests that it was probably built at the start of the decade. It is being hotly pursued by a Reiver van.

If you have any more information on this particular Mandator I'd be interested to hear from you, as I'm the first to admit that I am no expert on identifying older vehicles, lorries in particular.
