Foden FE4.
Built in 1959 and on the run was this Foden FE 4/13. It comes fitted with a Boalloy (Congleton) dropside rear body. The engine is a 4 cylinder 2 stroke unit and is fitted to a 12 speed gearbox.

Restored & preserved vehicles at Sandbach Festival of Transport.
Photographed here is a preserved Foden FE4 that took part in the vintage vehicle event held in Sandbach. Mid way through the day, there was a run around the streets of this Cheshire town, and many vehicles took part. Some boiled up on this hot sunny day, but most completed the journey without a problem.
