Finished in maroon is this handsome 4 seater Cowley tourer. It is powered by Morris' sidevalve engine of 1400cc rated at 11.9hp (not bhp but the RAC hp rating!!).

Restored & preserved vehicles at Sandbach Festival of Transport.
Photographed here is a preserved Morris Cowley tourer that took part in the vintage vehicle event held in Sandbach. Mid way through the day, there was a run around the streets of this Cheshire town, and many vehicles took part. Some boiled up on this hot sunny day, but most completed the journey without a problem.
