Valves of Distinction and Best for All Engines - no-one at Tranco was particularly modest it has to be said. Although with a client list including names such as Leyland - Gardner - Perkins - AEC - Crossley - David Brown - Davy-Paxman - Ruston-Hornsby - Mirrlees - Mclaren - Bergius - Fowler - Alvis and Allen I suppose they did have something to crow about. They were based in Kent but also had a depot oop North at Greenhill Street in Stratford Upon Avon. |
