Took the SS to the Borders Vintage Automobile Club show at Thirlestane today and witnessed this remarkable supercharged Merlin creating a lot of wind and wonderful noises.

The engine spent more than 30 years buried 20 feet in the ground before being restored to full working order by Flight Engineering Carlisle. Click the link for video and more information.
