One of the heater controls is missing - mechanism is there behind the dash but the control lever has been snapped off. I realise that this was an aftermarket upgrade but wondered if anyone knows where I may be able to get a replacement?

Do you know who actually built the aftermarket components? any clues might help source replacement parts.
