Thanks for posting these. There are some wonderful machines there. It is a pity there is no sound as I imagine some sound remarkable. It is a pleasure to see what so many of us are missing.... I must try harder to get some spare time.

There's a lot of very impressive noises going on. To be honest I was disappointed at how unimpressive the V10-engined motorcycle sounds, I was expecting more.

On the subject of things that make nice noises, the Typhoon Eurofighter was noisy today.

Doesn't matter how often I see this and Mavis, they're still very impressive.

Super Moto were out in force again

Replicas are nice but you can't beat the real thing!

Another good day at CPOP. As well as the on track action we had the BAC Strikemaster:

And the Vulcan. For the very last time over Cheshire, we were supposed to get a flypast but ended up with a mini-display

No, that photo doesn't need twisting, it really was that far over.

This happens every time I see Mavis, but it never gets old

And the Napier always draws a crowd, either with cameras or fire extinguishers

Brilliant! Thanks again.

Was that a Lotus 30 or 40 I spotted? They performed badly (unless Jim Clark was out in one) but I thought they looked very elegant.

Wonderful pictures in every sense.

Just to add, junior's recollections of our day out yesterday.

The bang at the bottom right, refers to the Capri that suffered a transmission issue at the tyre warming area.
