Difficult one!
The raised section on the bonnet reminds of a Minor, but I think the Minor is different. Also a Minor would not have such a large mirror and would have two wipers - this car seems to have only one.
Small prewar saloon I would guess by the opening? windscreen.

I would say an Austin 8 too, early post-war model with the single wiper would be my guess.
