Using postimage you can specify the image size and it also has the advantage of retaining your original file name so it's very easy to substitute the postimage address for the original photobucket one.

That looks like a very fine piece of restoration.

Well done!

How well does she drive?

A peek inside the Aero now it has been trimmed. Not a photographer so can't really do it justice but will try to get some more to show it off.

Here are one or two others. Just trying to get to grips with Imgur which works well if the images are resized before uploading to Imgur but will not upload to the forum if i resize them IN Imgur. No idea why.

Its just a shame that there aren't any slightly better seat runners available on the market. The ones fitted are OK but not much to look at. Maybe there's an opportunity for adapting the lever to a knob just to make it look a little better.

A slightly infuriating tale to relate also -
It had been inconvenient up until very recently to remove the door hinges to get them re-chromed. With the photo shoot looming a thought I ought to get them done so arranged with the platers to have them done two at a time in order that the doors could stay safely on the car.
I removed the top most pair - one from each side, and after putting them inside a padded mail bag I then put that bag inside a second padded bag and taped it up and mailed it off on a Saturday morning from my local post office. On Monday I received an email from the platers telling me that they had received one hinge in two ripped bags. Thank you so much Royal Mail. I now have five of a set of six original matching hinges. If anyone is thinking of mailing anything irreplaceable then please do heed my hard learned lesson and take out guaranteed delivery. The insurance itself isn't that important because many items are all but impossible to value and if given a true value then disproportionately costly to insure.
My brilliant local engineer John, without whom my restoration would have been a lot more difficult can make me a new hinge but he is of course in high demand and it will not be a quick turnaround. GGGGGGRRRRRRRRR!

Yes, please do, I'm sure others would love to see your collecting also. I am slowly getting all my bits in picture form on my pc and will put them on too at some point.

Is it naive to suggest that the Postal service could easily trace the route your package took?
There's a Hillman door hinge sitting in a 'Lost & Found' box in a Post Office somewhere.
