Hi all,

A couple of pleasant hours were spent earlier today, mooching around the paddock at Oulton on a testing day. Quite a few interesting older cars were in evidence, in addition to some pretty impressive modern machinery.

Here are a few photos of the classic racers ...

Added: on the following day we returned to Oulton for the AMOC race meeting, photos of which can now be found here: http://www.oldclassiccar.co.uk/forum/phpbb/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=20338.

I keep meaning to go along there in the week, to practice panning and generally have a look around. Looks as if it might have been worth it.

Always worth a drive out, especially if there's a promising-sounding meeting following immediately afterwards.
