The Red Arrows were displaying in London today. About 1hr 30 later, while outside tinkering, a lone Arrow flew over, low, slow, with one (maybe two) undercarriage lowered, which I've never seen before around here. Maybe there was a problem, and he was diverting over to Broughton or (more likely) RAF Valley on Anglesey. Why he'd have the gear down I've no idea, from the angle I couldn't make out if both sets of gear were down or not.

I saw a dark-ish red Rover P6 briefly the other day, and today I've seen a brown one, and a green Minor traveller. Both had trailers and were heading (separately) towards Chester, so perhaps there's something on in North Wales. There was a blue Mk2 Escort around earlier, too.

Drove up to Gaydon today, on the trip up there must have been a run on near Stratford. We passed 4 or 5 E types, some MG's a lovely 50's Wolseley, a Riley Elf and some TR's of various ages.

The Red Arrows made another appearance yesterday, in arrow formation, banking sharply just south of us - I assume as part of the routine for the Cosford airshow.

Only heard it alas, but Flightradar confirmed that a Jet Provost just whistled over.

(Added: S1 E-Type Roadster seen this morning)

Hi
Near High Wycombe today, I saw a very tidy looking Moggie 1000 convertble, black with a beige/grey canvas and an E suffix.

Saw a nice Massey Harris tractor ripe for restoration on the back off truck this morning, heading off presumably to a new owner.

During a test run of little Dodge just now, I encountered a silver Jensen-Healey heading in the opposite direction (both taking advantage of the lull in heavy downpours).

I forgot to mention, a mid/late 1920s Citroen tourer went by the school the other day.

Nice finds to photograph. The railmotor appears to be a Pierce Arrow, probably of about 1923.

The Model T Ford snowmobile would be very useful in the winter time.

Thanks for identifying the rail motor Dane. I was ok with the Model T but all the rest were a mystery to me.

Alistairq is right IMHO. K series International Harvester Co trucks.

Re the T- There is a dedicated US group of T-ers who go out in their snowmobiles each winter.

Nice finds there Peter.

Only "spot" today was a big Healey, heading in the opposite direction to us earlier in the MM.

Yesterday morning, (June 15th), an interesting convoy of classics passed through the village heading west.
The majority were Triumph TRs - 2, 3, 4 and 5, a gold S1 E type FHC (without front number plates) and one MGB.
