Brake assemblies, axle cables, trees, etc all the same....As the Prefect is a bit longer than a pop, in chassis length...as far as I know, the only differences will be in the length of the rods from the brake pedal assembly, to front or back axle. If missing, these are simple steel rods, threaded to take clevises each end.

Aside from pre-war models [Ys, Cs, etc], and the larger [E83W] commercials, the brake parts were common across all 'upright' post-war Fords.

Are you a member of the Ford Sidevalve Owner's Club? [FSOC]

If not, worth joining for access to a huge parts inventory...membership means, no postage charges.

Ford kept things very simple throughout the range. So many inter-changeable parts.

yes I'm a member FSOC, but like most suppliers they only do an exchange for brake shoes which can be a pain .
I'm looking for spare shoes for the prefect so when they need changing i can do them there and then , not wait 10 days after having to send my old ones away !

Have you contacted the Spares Sec, FSOC? The issue may be easy to overcome.

Plus....you can always 'do them yourself?'
In other words, buy the linings[8 of them are needed]....already drilled & countersunk if you're lucky!
Ten, either purchase one of those [american] brake lining riveting tools..or make a die yourself, and rivet new linings onto your existing shoes?
[This is common practice amongst Ford Model A owners]
