I'd like one of these for my daughter-in-laws 50th birthday, but can't find one on mail order other than Amazon but its £120! There is a Lego shop in Cardiff which has them for £75, but that's not easy for us to get to. Anyone know of any other mail order supplier, please?

I see that, lowdrag, but I can't get that site to work. I'll have another go and see what I'm doing wrong.

Not for me Ray, not enough patience!
It's for my Fiat 500-owning daughter in law.

I was always more of a Mecano kid ! and then just make something from scratch, not with all the special formed parts they have these days...one of my most memorable X-mas presents was a Mecano clockwork motor....

Me too. As it happens my wife bought me a new Mecano set for my birthday. She really knows how to get round me... Laughing

It would be better if it looked something like a Fiat 500. Very Happy

Do you know if there is a plastic model kit?

I find these quite a challenge to get absolutely right and at the end of the build you have something quite evocative of the real thing.
