Bicester Hertage have postponed the Drive-it-Day Sunday Scramble, and I have been told, but cannot find confirmation, that the FBHVC has cancelled the 26th April Drive-it-Day entirely.

That would be the easiest one of all to postpone, rather than cancel, if this is indeed the case.

Looking on the bright side! I guess a significant proportion of folk interested in our cars are in the older age bracket. Maybe they should self isolate in the garage and get that motor finally finished! Wink

My company are looking to shut down for a few weeks, first thing my wife said when I told her was 'imagine all the time you could spend down the shed!'

Oulton park have followed that advice - anything in March or April has been postponed, including the British GT event that I was booked in to on Easter Monday.

i now have more time do do those odd jobs on the consul as more local shows & runs are cancelled as well.
surprised how many other odd jobs need doing as well as the classic cars.
i work from home but in a high risk group so we will just have some runs out in the car when the sun comes out to keep it sweet.

I wonder if we will get any shows in before the end of the summer?

My (slim) hope is that with the experiences of China, Spain and Italy, we may turn things around here quicker, but there's still plenty of water to pass under the bridge before we get to that stage, alas.
