This tiny little car is featured in a 2-3 second clip in the first episode of History channel's "WWII in HD" series. The clip starts at 16:07 and runs till 16:10 or so.
I realize it's super-grainy (best I could do taking a pic off a 1080p tv screen), but I'm hoping the visible outlines/features will be enough of a clue to make a light come on in someone's head.
Anyone have any idea what it is? I couldn't find anything that looked it by scanning Google image searches.
Thanks!

Thanks for your input!
I would certainly agree that it's in the cyclecar category.
I realize cyclecars are a specialist area of interest-- just trying to see if anyone here could actually put a name on it, as it's one I haven't seen before. It's not one of the better known brands, like the Bedelia, Monet & Goyon, Barraud, or Citroen.
There were dozens of French cyclecar manufacturers... I'll keep digging and see if I can ID it as well. |

Ah, I found it-- not sure why I missed it before in my search.
I'm pretty sure it's a Tand'Car.
Cheers.
