I can relate to this Youtube article. In 2019 I travelled 150+miles to view and possibly purchase a metal turning lathe that had been advertised on a Canadian websales site. The lathe checked out OK, there were a couple of boxes with lathe paraphernalia and I was offered several boxes of "stuff" that the seller just wanted out of the way. At modern prices that "stuff" would cost well over $2000 Cnd or even over £1500. I never thought of making a video, I should have.
