An article about the AA is headed by a photo of a broken-down A40 Somerset, reg UPH 435, does it belong to anyone here?

3 July 2009 Location: Brighton, East Sussex, England, UK. Photo is attributed to a Daniel James Boardman, property rights claimed by Alamy. There are at least 3 images taken at the same time...
