Yesterday I took delivery of a1971 Triumph 2000mk2 Automatic in its original saffron paint. I've been looking for a good one with history fora while, this one had its last owner for 45yrs.Now safely in my garage in the pics I am trying to upload.

Nice Smile

Triumphs of that era really suit the colour, I always like the Stag in yellow, possibly I'm biased as I passed my driving test in a yellow Dolomite.

When Triumph made cars like this 2000, its criminal that they are not here today competing with BMW and MB etc

Beautiful. Nice color on a big Triumph.
My brother owns a very similar car. We did the RBRR 2016 in it.

I've started cutting and polishing panel at a time, by hand as I dare not use a machine as at 49yrs old and looked after I don't know how thin it is! The original paint is coming up very nicely.
