They're rare enough HERE!!
My earliest memory is that particular generation of IH truck as I was born in 1963 and remember riding with my Dad. I for some reason remembered the heater core/dash area and after growing older recognized it as that truck. My Dad was rather shocked as I recalled that he drove a '63ish International pickup and couldn't believe I had recalled it from being about a year or so old!!
Ironically I don't remember most of my early childhood, (Suspicion is I've blocked it) but having a semi-photographic memory helped recall that dash and heater area to the last detail.
Welcome to the forum though I just got here myself!! _________________ Den.

G'day all what is the part supplies like in your part of the world , my work mate has Inter AA160 on his farm in Clifton and is looking for a Vac/hyd booster kit.
She's loaded with grain and wont stop so this weekend we áre going to auger it into another truck so he can sell it.
We cant go to the wheat dump as she is, I know shes not fast but with the load of puddin'Greg has on it there is no way we would stop.
So if you know where we can enquire please let me know

I don't know much about these as my truck doesn't have a booster. I know there is a booster that you can fit between the brake pedal and the master cylinder and is fed with pressure from the power steering pump. That is, I think a hydro boost and the other is the more common vacuum booster fed from the manifold. I would do a search on one of the Binder Forums for brake booster. _________________ 1964 International Harvester |
