I think if they had stuck with the V12 in the XJ220 it would have a different history all together, I had the opportunity to have a drive in an original V12 one belonging to Tom Walkinshaw (TWR) what a car I can still hear it in my ears now when I think of it _________________ www.OldFrenchCars.com

I'm afraid I rather screwed up on the day I took that video and got confused toggling between Standby and Record. I was lucky enough to get a run in the XJ13 but when I got out and looked at what I'd taken it was a nice sequence of my feet entering the car.
The V12s are certainly interesting Greeney, but I'm glad I've never had to maintain one. Have you ever looked at how to change a sparking plug? Fit and forget has a lot to commend it.

Yes I know I had a V12 sovereign This is my own car i used when i got married
I did my own servicing, it would take me all day to change the plugs,
I did the water pump on it too I started at 8 in the morning and finished at 8pm
BUT I loved it, a superb car, kept it 6yrs and never let me down, I only changed the pump because I found a high volume one and thought it a good idea _________________ www.OldFrenchCars.com

The Jaguar XJ12 motor got into some other interesting vehicles too. How about an 80% scale replica Spitfire:

Hi Rick,
I saw your mention of the show and that reminded me to put my little clip on YouTube.
