Brian dropped me an email this evening, with the following question about finding a suitable reamer for his 103E's kingpins. Can anyone advise? this seemed like the appropriate thread to drop this into Smile

ta, Rick

----------------

I was wondering if you could provide me with any information as to where
I could get a kingpin reamer for the 103E.

I have replacement kits to fit and no way of reaming the bushes. I am
looking for a reamer with the pilot. Any information would be greatly
appreciated.

Knowing the diameter would be useful. I have a pilot reamer for the Bradford's king pins. I know that it is a long shot, but if it suits I would be prepared to lend it.

I had trouble finding a reamer when it came to doing mine. Best way i found was to insert a new bush one end while leaving an old one in the other. Then simply ream down through the old bush into the new one.

Oh and this pop still looks bloody lovely!
