Hi everybody!

Would anyone like this as a restoration project?

The car is a 1969 Morris 1100 Mk II, which was owned from new by my grandparents. It’s currently a non-runner and will need quite a bit of work, but the engine has very few miles on it – fewer than 50k from memory. It’s been on SORN since about 1994, and currently resides on my parents’ driveway – and they’d prefer it wasn’t!

I’ve actually arranged for a scrapyard to come and get it next week, but if anyone’s interested, I’ll tell them not to bother. I’d rather it could find a good home, or at least be used for parts.

I’m not looking for anything for it – if you want it, you can have it.

Hi

I've sent a note and a link to a contact in the 1100 car club, maybe they have someone who will rescue it.

Wasn't sure which section was best to put this so I posted here as well - includes some pics and more info.

Cheers,

Jon.
