You're not helping Wink I think the physical size of the Lightning might be more of an issue than the weight to be honest.....

Wouldn't something more period-appropriate to Betsy be better?
Lancaster?
Fortress?

If it's any help, there's a junk yard in Somerset, somewhere west of Bridgewater on the Minehead road, that has a rocket/missile in it.
Takes less floor space.

The Buccaneer is longer and has a greater wingspan, though the Lightning is higher to the top of the fin.

I was visiting Elgin in Scotland one day and saw a scrap yard breaking Buccaneer aircraft. A sad sight.
