Hi
Don't know what cut you were looking at but
"21 DAY DRY AGED HERITAGE BREED TOPSIDE JOINT" £24.71 for 2kg.

That's a nice cut at very cheap price. I came over to uncle's place last weekend to give him a hand installing the new brake kit and cosmis wheels on his pick up truck when auntie arrived with fresh cut like that at £20/kilo.

Yeah we paid a quick visit to Glastonbury then headed over to Wells, where we spent most of the day.

Funnily enough I thought of you when we were heading out of Shepton Mallet one day, and there was a country fair taking place which, we were told, had some classic vehicles on display.

We quite often go into Wells with the old car, park up in the market place and have a wander about.

The locally-stored 1950s Commer fire engine (the one converted into a mobile pizza oven!) just burbled by.

Riley 1.5 on a huge multi-car transporter, and an early fifties' Chevrolet pickup with an old motorcycle in the back.

This is probably a bit modern for this forum, but has anyone any idea what it is?

My local town, Driffield [East Yorkshire]..is home[or nearby, anyway] to some old Subaru pickups. A couple [father & son owners] can be seen pottering around frequently.
These are what I presume were known as the BRAT?
At one time, they were notable for being 4wd...when every other pickup [Japanese or otherwise] were only available in 2wd form.
I know many [if not most] rotted away [biodegradable]...so to have a couple still running around, I consider, anyway, is now a rarity?

{I remember seeing lots of them in the 1980's]
