Bright red MGB Roadster and an immaculate BMW E30 (3 series) spotted yesterday.

We took the dog out for a walk last night and when we were walking through the village we were passed by a pretty little blue MG two seater, reg began with 'TF'.

My son asked if I would rather have one of them in the garage or a Hillman Aero Minx we had seen whilst perusing ebay, of course I told him it would have to be the Hillman!!

I wonder if what you saw was an MG TF (1953 - 1955)? My neighbour has one of these but it hardly ever sees the light of day. You will know the TF was replaced by the MGA and is an interesting transitional design.

The purists didn't like the TF but I thought it looked good, certainly a lot better than the TD.

I really don't like TFs at all tbh, much prefer the TC or earlier, or the MGA/early MGB.

It was pre TF, I have a feeling it was either a TA or TC.

It was very nice and looked a very 'fresh' rebuild.

Just been out for walkies and was passed by a gorgeous looking 1965 Zodiac MkIII.
My 8th and 9th cars were both Zodiacs

They always have been a great looking car. One of my neighbours has two of them; one a manual, the other an automatic.

He has just finished restoring the manual at a very high cost. I will post a photo when I next see it.

Saw a bright orange Karmann Ghia this afternoon, and yesterday a bright red Moggy van with gold signwriting.

A Mk1 Mini, green with white roof, went by just now. Earlier, junior spotted an MGB with one chrome bumper, one rubber bumper, plus a Sunbeam Alpine in someone's driveway.

Coming back through the village tonight I passed a lovely Fawn coloured Ford Anglia E494A, never seen it before but presume it is local. Maybe a freshly finished project?

Ten ducklings spotted during our ride out this evening, oh and a pale yellow TR3.
