The Zephyr looks like a good 'un, only "spots" around here today were an original MG TF being followed by a 'B' Roadster.

Is that an early Zephyr front bumper? Just something about it doesn't look quite right.
Other than that it looks like a beautiful restoration job.

I wondered about that. I came to the conclusion that it is a Zodiac bumper.

The owner is a neighbour and personal friend who has a true passion for classic cars. I hope he won't mind if I tell you that the restoration has cost £20,000. The paintwork is a subtle metallic black which looks beautiful in the sun.

The engine produces some 150 BHP and amongst the many other upgrades the car has been fitted with power steering (which can be switched on or off) and an overdrive.

It goes well. Very Happy

He also has this which is rather nice.

This Chevrolet Camaro 327 has been improved so it handles well.
(Not something that can be said of most American cars of the period)!

Passed a lovely early 1930's Austin Heavy 12 tonight, black over yellow and looked quite original.

Hi
Back at work today and saw a nice Wolseley 1500 in High Wycombe, followed by what from the back appeared to be a Mercedes 280SL convertible in cream with an oxblood lid on the M40 and a T1 VW camper(fixed roof)in Green/Cream on the M6.

No pics, I'm afraid, but my neighbours must think I have some rich friends. Saturday afternoon there was a Tesla X parked in my yard, then on Sunday we had a Mercedes SL 350 convertible, looking fabulous in metallic black.
Not classics (yet), but close on £150,000 of cars. Made my Disco 1 and Talbot camper look quite cheap!

Saw a c1980 Chevy pickup (bright yellow, VCool rumbling along today, and in the opposite direction passed a similarly-aged VW Jetta.

Looking as if it had been dragged out of a shed, but actually taxed and MOTed.

Been a long time since I last saw one of those Mike. Today's only sightings were an E-Type fhc, plus (separately) a Mk2 Escort and a modified Mini on recovery vehicles.
