why dont you make one of his arms, and head move ?
just imagine the look on the crowds face, when you do a slow / low fly by, and he lift his arm and waves to the public, while nodding his head at the same time.

Heres a new video of the HP 42, taken on Saturday at Ashbourne Airfield, Derbyshire, in more favourable conditions. All certification flights completed, paperwork on its way to the CAA so it should have its clearance for its public debut ate the Wolverhampton Wings and Wheels Airshow at Halfpenny Green on the Sunday Monday of Easter weekend.
