Hi Guys
My latest has a good sound hood made I think of duck canvas, but it is very dusty from years of poor storage, and worse - it is mildewed.
Anyone with experience of cleaning these? It is in excellent condition so needs saving.

Alec, not used it myself but a mate who had an old soft top reckoned Renovo was the stuff to use.

P.S. - thanks for the mag!

Is it a black hood, if so Renovo should do the job and help hide any mildew, my stag hood is black, can't see any mildew on the top, but the lighter inside is covered in it Sad nothing seems to budge it

Bought some stuff called Baufix from Lidl. Big spray bottle dead cheap.
It's cleared the green mould from my plastic window sills, shower and boat cover.

Bad news and better news.

It is beige.

Having attacked a small area with a vacuum and soft brush, I now believe it to be made of some vinylised material, which will hopefully be much better to clean. I will report back.

It really was dirty!

I have a yellow Britax sunroof which was rather stained, tea mug rings etc. I got a lot off with Armoral, but it was not as clean as I wanted, then I bought Renovo, proper job! It is now very clean. So a thumbs up for Renovo from me.
