Hello everybody, i've just bought and are about to start restoration of a 1971 Roadster and I'd like to say this site is awesome!
A great resourse for info and pics.
The last project I took on was a 1975 Pontiac Trans Am way back in the early '90's....... which unfortunately got sold on as an unfinished project when a wife and kids got in the way!!! lol

Good to have you on board - what does that say on the MG's front slam panel?

Welcome, that MGB looks to be rasonably intact - well the shell does, what are the engine and mechanicals like?

The previous owner had started the V8 conversion but lost interest, I'm going to continue what he started!
The shell is pretty good apart from the top of the rear wings where the beadings are, big hole in drives side!?
Sills inside and out are solid, inner wings, boot also solid.
Few holes in the pass floor pan, haven't investigated how bad they are yet.

anyone know if you can get a repair panel from the beading down to the chrome trim, the rear upper part of the rear wing??
Been looking but can only find the whole wing skin.
I've a hole to sort out in the top, the rest of the wing is find so reluctant to replace the whole skin! Shocked
