What is behind this pair of doors.

A normal house,in a normal street,owned by a normal person.

For thirty years people have lived around this house and garage and passed by the front every day.
Little did they know this gem was sitting there.

Bugger !!! Its gone.

All will be revealed.

The evening before when I went to view the car it was difficult to get round it and view it properly.
I did not even know if it had a front end.

But hey...we are not talking Ferrari money here,so I just took the chance it was OK.

This is the lady who had the car purchased for her as a present in 1979.
She used it until 1981 then put it in the garage and forgot about it.

My friend next to the car runs a car collection and delivery business he is normally used to picking up modern cars from auctions or private sellers.
He thinks I am mad collecting these sort of vehicles.
The other guy in the orange overalls is the lady`s son in law.

I will have to do something about that jacked up back end, that was all the rage in the mid seventies.!!!

The bodywork is totally original.
I have had a good look around it today,it has its original wings, doors, sills etc etc.
I cannot find any welding that has been carried out on the car, underneath or to the exterior..

There is a small hole,as you can see,the only one I could find.
