Thoroughly enjoyed that Peter - thank you!

Some of the methods used in the civil engineering were amusing (e.g. tying a cable around the pine end of the house to pull it down).

HSE would have a field-day!

Yes, I did wonder how they planned to extract the bulldozer from the pit.

Also, great to see the "Series" Minxes as I have a couple - and a 72 Avenger of which there are a few at the end.
