Today's addition is an illustrated invoice issued by Royal Garage in Hull (now the site of a Tesco Express) for work done to a V8 Ford in 1948.

New to the Wolseley 6/80 page, a couple of factory photos taken - I think - of the engine bay and dashboard of test/pre-production/prototype cars.

Continuing on from the recent A40 video, another Youtube production where I recall finding a unique SAAB van nearly 30 years ago.

Hi Rick. I enjoyed watching your video. Simple, informative, no fake hysterics and 11th hour drama. Big Dodge would make a wonderful video.

Stay safe.

Thanks for the feedback. I have wondered about doing as you suggest, especially as a) this year is its 80th birthday b) 25 years have passed since I found it c) 75 years since VE day. It'd have to be a multi-parter I think, but I'll give it some more thought.

A short video uploaded today about taking care while around running engines, with two stories in particular that may help others avoid these dodgy situations. Also introducing a vehicle not yet mentioned in these parts - what might it be!??

Hi
Was that another fan blade breakage or have you been playing with the Tardis again and gone back to Nov 2014?

Nope only the one occurrence so far, although the replacement fan assembly did also pack up (for different reasons). I don't have much luck with them.
