Hello ladies and gents.

My dad has just given me this Ford Fieldmouse. We think around 1952/1954 Ford Pop running gear 2 seater off road looking thing.
I have very little information on this vehicle and even when I do a search nothing comes up.
I have a bit of information from the 90's which states there are 2 or 3 of these about but I can't seem to find anything else.
Hopefully I can get the picture up of it.
Does anyone know anything about them?
Any info would be great.
Thank you
Chris

Welcome to the forum - that's a new one on me, the only thing I can tell you is that the wheels are from a Ford E83W pickup (16" diameter, wider section than on a Prefect).

Do you have any photos of the engine and transmission?

Thanks Rick I can get some on here tomorrow. Believe it's the 1200cc engine with 3 speed box.

The engine might be the 1172cc sidevalve.

If on a Ford Pop chassis [shortened?] it may be the ''10hp'' version....does it have a water pump?

Does the Ford E83W have 16 inch wheels?

I understood them to have 18 inch wheels...?

Prefect had 16 inchers..to lower gearing as the bodies were heavier.

Either way, academic.

Reminds me a bit of the New Zealand Duzgo, to look at?
Edit..found this
