Hello,
On behalf of my dad I'm trying to trace any available details of the 1934/35 (registered in London Jan 1935) Humber 12 sports tourer that my grandparents owned in Burnley, Lancs, between about 1950 and 1954. Registration no. BLX930
The car doesn't appear in the Humber register/archive, although they have a few tourers currently registered.
It doesn't appear on any DVLA databases according to RegArchive

Apparently there were only 6 or 7 sports tourer chassis made
I have a couple of photo's that I'll try and figure out how to post.

Any information about Humber 12 sports tourers also welcomed - whilst Googling I did see that there may have been a project restoration on Ebay a while ago but the links seem to be dead

Thanks,

Andrew[/img]

Hello Peter,

Yes I had seen that and I forwarded the link to my Dad who found it very interesting.

I think we're both secretly hoping BLIXIE as he called it may be rusting away gently in a barn somewhere, and someone will tell us where

Thanks,

Andrew
