|
|
Gday all. Got a bit of an embarassing question here. having dismantled the car completely for paint. Im now in the process of putting it all back together. Now I know how the windscreen goes back on. And I know the dashboard screws into the back of the body where the windscreen closes onto. But (and this is the embarrassing bit) Is there something that screws to the body of it. I have so many bits that were all in order (but are not now) That Im not sure what goes where.
Cheers
Craig

Possibly irrelevant but in the SS Jaguar the top wooden rail of the instrument panel is held in place with screws through holes in the same location as yours.

Why is that strange? I viewed it because I like to learn and read about other cars, and know nothing of the Morris E series. I suppose most of the viewers are like that. _________________ a car stops being fun when it becomes an investment |

I guess I suppose . Being in a Morris section. One might assume that those browsing it may be Morris owners of some description. I could be wrong though. _________________ I really am a nice guy. Just ask anyone that hasn't met me. |

Sorry, i know nowt of Morrises as such, but I do read most of the new posts and threads...out of interest.
Something to do with the 'new posts since last visit' box, top right??
Doesn't matter which section there are originally in, all new posts are displayed...if the compy isn't playing up, that is. |

I'm pretty sure these are the holes where the brass screws go through to attach the dashboard.
