On the 1st December 1922, New Brunswick, changed to driving on the right. However, Nova Scotia didn't change until some 4 months after. Here is a link to a News article published today.
As with a lot of reporting in this locality, they often get the details wrong.

Imagine resisting motor cars for 5 years, even back then when cars were becoming so dominant all over the developed world.
