Probably to try to make a square window one look older!
My Dad had one those new in 1953. It was a company car; they bought three, and they were allegedly the first three official imports. He had it for six years, with some very strange adventures in that time! |

I don’t think it is what it appears to be, it looks like it has the larger side windows of the 65/66 model. I had 57 model the first of the large rear windows and a 64 model the last of the small side windows they both had the wide trim strip at the swage line and the window was about 3 inches above that. _________________ old tourer
