Hi
It definitely looks like a Rover, I'll leave it to others for size and coachbuilder.

But can I suggest that others use the "Back to Photostream arrow" and loook at more of Charles' photos, there are some other interesting looking vehhicles there.

I would agree with the Rover Nizam identity, but would suggest it's a 10/25 rather than a Twelve.
