When I decided I wanted a VW Splitscreen I wanted one that was as straight as possible, not messed with and above all "noth one that had belonged to someone else" well in the UK anyway!

This was imported to the UK over the summer of 2006, I bought it and registered her in August 2006. She is a 1965.

here is a link to my progress and to how she looks today!

yeah F Type Victor definitely (is this a photo that was used when the caravan was for sale?? rings a bell with me, in which case the Vauxhall may belong to the caravan's previous owner?)

Yea I drove down to the Isle of Wight from Accrngton in Lancashire to collect the caravan - The Caravan was on eBay! I was looking for one of these caravan's I had previously seen one at a VW show earlier in the year!

Yea Its a Vauxhall Victor - not bad condition either! (but not mine!)

Hi
It looks to be the same colour as the one at the Stamford show, what a coincidence if it turned out to be the same one.
