Hi
I haven't seen that for ages, I originally saw it at college on a lecture on plant equipment, there was an hour of these disasters when you use equipment wrongly. I will have a look later for some of them, there are a few on youtube, which are mega serious, in that there were fatalities.

Here's one that was quite popular a few months ago - lots of swearing though! It's of a huge crane at the Harland and Woolfe shipyard in Belfast knocking over another big crane
