Which oil for a '51 Anglia's steering box?

The original workshop manual asks for "Castrol High Press" oil. What can I use today?

Hi

According the the handbook that I have here for a '55 E83W, EP90 is suitable for the steering box. I assume your upright car would take the same? a glance in a handbook should confirm either way
