Yes its ready, I've given it a couple of runs around the block and it feels great, much stronger and no squeaks or rattles now!!!
However I've still to fit the bumper, grill, front number plate, then give the engine and bay a good clean from all the oily finger prints left, then a clean inside and outside and a polish!
Photos will follow when this is done!

I have finally taken a photo of it!

Still need to clean the ht leads a bit better, and replace the DOT3 'expansion tank' with something a bit more presentable.
Any ideas on what to use?

Very nice Cool looks factory fresh

so bare without the hoses for the heater Smile .

Your twin horns should be at the front of the car, right behind the front grill = MUCH louder Twisted Evil he he.

I will send you a pic of a alloy can, you can use as radiator tank.

Thanks for the comments Jens and thanks for the pics, looks nice and I would certainly find the need to polish that bottle to a mirror finish!! Laughing

The horns were already fitted there so I just put them back there, I do not like them much there but behind the grill they would be in the way of the distributor and oil filter cause they are quite bulky compared to the standard single horn!

Oh and btw they are still loud Wink

I have the same horns on my Green Min, and they do fit behind the grill Wink

you just need to fit them on top of eachother.

this way you dont see them, and the outlets can be pointed forewards Twisted Evil he he

will see how I can make them fit there, maybe fabricate a simple bracket and fit them to it!!
However there are more projects in the pipeline right now so it will have to wait!!

From last week I started cleaning the engine bay on the green mini as it had been a long time since I did it and it was getting shabby!
I do not have the time to do a whole day on it so am splitting the work doing about half an hour each day. Yesterday it was ready and I made a start on cleaning the interior.
