Not actually an accessory but these were fitted in the vehicles
sold by the BMC dealership where I worked! Cool

Pete.

Thats a nice badge Cool I have a alloy/foil type (self adhesive) from one of the local BMC/BL dealerships.

I am still searching for a "Empire Sports Car Center" (Boulder - Colorado) dealer badge for my 1966 Volvo.

I have a box (hard front and back, soft sided) set of 6 Austin maps on cloth, probably from about 1960 as they have the Preston Bypass M6 as nearing completion and other parts of the M6 just projected.

My late step grandfather worked at the Austin in Longbridge and I still have his original set of austin spanners from his seven. Not exactly an accessory

I was sorting through my bookshelves today and rediscovered this! Not exactly an accessory but presumably it was used by BMC dealers to identify the vehicles, it has 53 pages and provides details of all the BMC group vehicles (Austin, Morris, MG, Riley, Wolseley plus Austin and Morris commercials and Nuffield tractors) between 1945 and 1961 which I presume was the publication date.

Pete.
