Hi,

I m looking to upgrade my carburettor on my herald 1200 to a twin carb. Does anyone know which manufacturer to go for, stromberg, s.u.
Also if anyone has any advice on where i might be able to find a suitable twin carb it would be much appreciated.

the twin SUs from a Spitfire will fit, either those from the Mk1/2 (1147cc) or possibly those from the Mk3 (1296cc).

all you'll have to do is adapt the throttle and choke linkages a little I think
