Following on from another thread, I'd like to know what this pre-war door was from It has a sliding window, a bit like early minis....
Can anyone identify it? (Peter Scott maybe?)

Hi
It is a funny shape, or is that the angle the picture was taken?
Is it a rear van door?
Cheers

Hi
I don't remember it being a funny shape, I think it was just rectangular...
It could be a van door, but did many vans have opening windows in the rear doors? Not sure, although I had thought it might be commercial - the sliding window is somewhat reminiscent of Rick's Dodge!

No, you got me on that one.
I take it there's no cut out for a rear wheel.

No cut out for a rear wheel sorry, I couldn't tell you any more about it apart from it has been sitting outside for years.... _________________ Richard Hughes |

I thought Trojan at first, but on the one I had the door tops were horizontal, and had a quarterlight. Maybe a pre-war? |
