Does anyone know of this marque, or when they were in existence? I've a couple of hub caps marked "Coventry Rover", and I'm curious about what they were off!

I knew that Rover started life in Coventry, here is 1 link to a timeline.

Do you have a picture we could see. I have seen brass plates with Coventry Rover on some of the early cars and wonder if the wheel centres are from the earlier cars

They came with other vintage bits n bobs, so I'm sure they are 1920s if not earlier???

Perhaps it should be read as Rover, Coventry?

It's a hub-cap for a 1934 Rover, also used to retain the spare wheel cover on the '34 to '36 tourers (and coupes, I, think).
