hi my site name is Dave 35. I have a 1935 Hillman 16 which I bought over 25 years ago with a view to restoring it, but it put on the back burner whilst I restored a couple of 1940s Riley RMs. I sold the Rileys and moved to Spain with the idea of retiring in the sun, leaving the Hillman in storage in the UK. I am now back in England and my son and I have now started to restore the Hillman and finding it difficult as there are so few about. If anyone has any info on these cars, anything at all, I would be very pleased to hear from them. Also is there any other like minded people interested in 1930/40s cars in the Burgess Hill, West Sussex area who would like to meet up and exchange information.
